This course presents new company-wide communication policies and activities to teach required job tasks.

This course was developed to ensure that employees are in compliance with standards administered by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

This course includes special coding and branches to create customized training experiences for the participant’s specific business unit. Controls allow each participant to direct the learning experience and skip sections if they can demonstrate competency in the material.
