Project: “FERC Standards of Conduct”
This course was developed to ensure that employees remain in compliance with standards administered by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or “FERC.”
A test-out option allows veteran employees to skip training that they don’t need, while still satisfying the compliance requirement.
To communicate the concepts in this course, we produced several diagrams and illustrations, many of them animated.
In addition, many activities and games were also developed to teach concepts, provide practice, and assess understanding.
Practical scenarios were created to communicate desired behaviors and to strengthen decision-making skills.
An in-course dashboard allows the learner to review their progress and repeat training content, if necessary.
The course application tracks the participant’s progress, awards badges, and reports back to the learning management system. This data is evaluated by management and incorporated into each employee’s performance review.
